These services are designed to help and support clients ages 8+ to overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals. ❤️
First session is always free and kind of like an interview for you and your child to make sure I'm the right fit - You both will have 30 mins individually or together - to ask me any questions you may have, and to get to know me better in person ✨

My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. ✨
I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world. ❤️
My biggest passion is helping children, families, and individuals reconnect with their inner joy and navigate life’s challenges while having fun. ✨
My Philosophy
I didn't have the best childhood or even start to adult life . . . damn you could say I was broken a few times, but I needed that brokenness to help me become the person I am today. ✨
I went through hell and came through the other side stronger than ever. I've battled monsters that only I could beat, I've healed wounds that I didn't even know that were there and forgiven myself and others which I though was impossible to heal from. ❤️
But I did it and will continue to heal and grow, as I didn't go through all that for nothing, No I went through those experiences so I can learn, grow and help others. ✨
